Due to time constraints and now we have held the Club dinner and the giving of awards, the Committee are considering not holding an AGM this year.
However, should any member feel there is a need or have any item that they wishes to raise or want to stand for a Committee position, would they please let Ellis - etuhrim@hotmail.com - know by Friday 17th January 2014 so that he can put it to the Committee to consider and if necessary then convene an AGM.
All current members of the Committee are willing to continue in their positions should there be no other interest.

Summery of 2013 Club Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2013
During the year, the Club made a playing deficit of £134.40 with an overall deficit of £554.40 however this deficit included £420 which was transferred to the Club's Reserve Account. Total funds = £841.00
In comparison, in 2012 the Club made a playing deficit of £1294.00 which was covered by sponsorship & fund raising totaling £1142. This still left the Club with an overall deficit of £449....The main difference between 2012 & 2013 was the increase in playing income and by not holding nets in 2013 a further saving of £600 was produced.
FYI indoor nets are scheduled to re-commence in February 2014 but the cost is now only £450 which will be more manageable.
In addition to this, 2014 sponsorship & fund raising will again be sought which should make the next year end account sound reading.
