The BECC Committee is delighted to invite you to our first Annual End-of-Season Dinner and Awards Evening. The Committee has decided to end the season with a social gathering, and can think of no better place to recognise the achievements of the club's players than at said gathering. So please join us at Olive Restaurant in Finchley (N3 3HP) for an evening of food and fun. We'd love to see as many of you as possible, and with as many WAGs as possible too, please. There'll be serious awards (ie cricketing ones - please send us your nominations for any performance you feel worthy of recognition) and some not-so-serious awards (such as "hangover that lasted longest into Sunday" or "best excuse for lateness" - again, please let us have your ideas and nominations!). There'll be food galore (well, what else would you expect from a function organised by the two captains?!) and a great atmosphere. Tickets are only £25 each, which includes all your food and drinks (although not the alcoholic ones - but that's what hip flasks are for) and service, as well as all the entertainment (ie you get to hear a Monk speech which is worth the entry fee alone). We need to let Olive know numbers beforehand, so please let us know as soon as possible if you'll be coming. Register your attendance on the website, and if you'd like to bring others (friends, partners, Romans, countrymen - whoever) please send me an email (acbecc@gmail.com) to let me know how many extra mouths we need to feed.
